Yes we full time (24×7) monitor network activity. And improving observation every day.If we see bad activity we imediatetly protect our custumers:
• if DDOS to us – blackholing victim IP;
• if DDOS from us – block IP on switch.

We do not offer DDOS protection for our customers.

What is blackhole or null route?

With blackholing, all the traffic to the attacked DNS or IP address is sent to a “black hole” (null interface, non-existent server, etc.). Blackholing avoids affecting network connectivity of datacenter. So it protects other our clients.

IP is placed in blackhole when it receive minimum 65000 packets off internet traffic.
